As the standout candidate for this role, you will have strong and clear communication skills, a positive attitude, robust work ethics to train and supervise inmates, quality control / inspection responsibilities and ensuring compliance.
You are also required to have good computer knowledge and be resilient with strong time management skills. Essential Requirements Minimum Certificate III in either of the following: Boiler Maker, Sheet Metal, Fitter/Turner, Engineering fabrication. All trades will be considered if experience in relevant trade is demonstrated.
Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or capacity to complete within specified timeframes Current NSW Drivers Licence and preparedness to drive to locations as required General understanding of capabilities around the use of computers and electronic platforms to access relevant departmental programmes and applications About Us Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety.
