We believe this is an exciting opportunity for a relationship driven Business Analyst looking for a multifaceted role in a complex environment. Someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, that enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Capturing and analysing the needs of the platforms Eliciting & translating requirements for product solutions and solution options.
Building relationships and collaborating with Software Engineers, Client Relationship Managers, Product owners/ Managers and SME’s. Validating and ensuring built solutions are in line with requirements. Gathering and analysing feedback post delivery Provide advice and interpretation in relation to system specifications.
Provide 2nd level support for software applications..
