Job Description Business Manager Permanent Full-time position, 7 additional days off per year Based at Hunters Hill WFH options NFP Salary Packaging Lead a dedicated team within a high growth & successful region Leading Aged Care Provider of Home Care Packages A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to lead a large, established, high performing team of Care Advisers, Registered Nurses and an administrator. As a strong people leader, you will support growth within the Northern and Western Sydney regions, be responsible for day to day management, supervision and coaching of the regional team and work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to achieve business outcomes. Your ability to clearly communicate expectations together with your strong business acumen, and your passion and understanding of Community Aged Care, will assist in your success Your responsibilities will include: Take the lead in managing & implementing organisational and/or industry changes Supervision, coaching & mentoring of Care Advisors & RN’s to ensure high performing team outcomes within a complex mobile workforce environment Management & oversight of team KPI’s & proactively implement strategies to meet outcomes Identification of risk (business and individual client risk) and active risk management Proactively manage & resolve customer & stakeholder concerns, requirements, or complaints Communicate regularly on expectations and performance The ideal candidate is a diligent and driven individual with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.

In addition, you will have; Demonstrated success in leading & managing teams in a complex environment Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance & manage budgets Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science, or relevant professional experience - highly regarded Demonstrated experience in a Home & Community Services setting & understanding of Home Care Packages & funding arrangements - advantageous Registered & insured motor vehicle, a current unrestricted drivers' licence (kms reimbursed, minimal travel required) Must be able to provide evidence of a COVID 19 immunisations Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
