Doka GroupJob Description Coordination of the areas of sales, engineering, operations to meet customer demands and requirements Responsible for compliance with laws, rules and regulations issued by the authorities Supports project work (e.g. processing, discounts, rental rates) Supports the processing of claims Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status (CRM management and forecasting) Communicate material demands with the Sales Coordinator and Operations department Follow up with accounts department on outstanding dues Recognises potential for improvement and uses the existing possibilities for change and recommends that these be implemented Ensure there is full knowledge of all the Doka products, key customers, decision makers and key influencers Manages projects in a co-operative style with key stakeholders within the business and also external stakeholders relevant to the project Actively communicates with all relevant stakeholders involved in the project to ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner, decisions are made efficiently and feedback is provided throughout the project management process.
Represents the company in a professional way that promotes the Doka brand Ensures compliance with internal standards, creates, optimizes and releases standards in area of responsibility.
