Personal Assistant - 12 month parental leave contract
Colliers InternationalJob Description We are seeking to recruit a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant ready to take on the challenge of supporting and partnering with the National Director, Industrial Advisory, Occupier Services. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Industrial Advisory/Portfolio Management team and several senior operatives within the team (based in Melbourne CBD & Sydney CBD) Diary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages, maintain National Director’s to-do list and prioritise/action accordingly Provide personal assistance by typing and preparation of all correspondence, discussion papers and presentations whilst ensuring all documentation is brand compliant and in accordance with the Colliers Visual Identity Guidelines. Assist in the production of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.
Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in confidential manner Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate.
