DaimlerDaimler Truck AG An outstanding opportunity has become available for an accomplished Applications Support Analyst to join Daimler Truck AuP (DTAuP), located at our head office in Mulgrave. This is a key role within DTAuP IT, supporting the applications across the organisation and delivering IT-related changes to the business. Reporting directly to the Applications Manager, you will be accountable for: Providing analysis and resolution of application related issues, operating within a 1st and 2nd level support team Implementing local and global IT requirements in line with IT Security, data protection standards and Daimler Compliance Daily monitoring of application management processes at application level with timely identification and resolution of errors Providing functional expertise to the service delivery and project management teams Collaborating and coordinating with the broader IT team and service providers to ensure the successful go-live and ongoing support for all IT projects Project managing and business analysis of minor enhancements as required Ensuring IT documentation is up to date and being utilised efficiently.
