View our vision towards reconciliation The Opportunity Utilise your skills and experience to deliver integrated customer engagement Implement systems and tools aligned with the needs of internal stakeholders A span of engagement that reaches across this exciting organisation This is a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to support the design and build of customer experience programs for CSIRO You will wok closely with the Customer Experience and Service Delivery (CXSD) Program supporting the delivery of programs against CSIRO’s strategic objectives.
In this position, you will focus on programs, projects and workflows that enable efficient and effective one CSIRO external engagement across the customer journey and opportunity pipeline. The role will support, leverage and collaborate with existing projects, programs, training and systems to ensure an integrated approach for customer engagement at CSIRO. Your duties will include: Supporting the implementation of one CSIRO customer experience initiative, using knowledge and skills for customer experience and project management to enable system and process improvements and support project planning, management and delivery.
Contributing to the support and coordination of team objectives, projects, and priorities. Developing good working relationships with internal stakeholders and liaise with colleagues and external customers to anticipate needs, take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, and correct problems promptly and in a constructive manner. Undertaking, and contributing to the review of engagement skills and tools, supplier panels and system toolkits that align with the needs of internal stakeholders.
Supporting procurement processes, including contract management, for key delivery partner engagements and supporting project budgeting, tracking, reconciling and monitoring project financials, and processing invoices. Working collaboratively as part of the Program Design and Management (PDM) multi-disciplinary, regionally dispersed team, to carry out tasks in support of one CSIRO Customer Experience and Growth objectives. Location: All CSIRO Sites will be considered.
