The vision for the LCH is to build a community of DeepTech innovators and entrepreneurs, and to support these businesses all the way through the innovation lifecycle. This position will provide you the opportunity to lead the delivery services, ensuring the end-to-end delivery of activities in close collaboration with CSIRO colleagues, State Governments, and other members of the NSW innovation system. This purposeful role will see you establishing shared knowledge management systems across the portfolio and overseeing a consistent approach to monitoring & evaluation.
As Program Manager, you will leverage your tactical skills by designing and delivering an approach to coordinate stakeholder engagement, supporting communications and dissemination activities. Your duties will include: Coordination of the Lindfield Collaboration hub portfolio and/or specific programs of work under the direction of the Hub manager, including direct engagement with and support of Lindfield Hub resident companies; planning and delivering networking events, workshops and training programs. Developing and implementing program governance and management approaches inclusive of internal and external stakeholders.
Seeking and implementing input from CSIRO subject matter experts to co-design the Lindfield Collaboration Hub operative framework and business plan. Implementing program level practices to improve the efficiency of program delivery and amplify the impact of program activity. Developing ongoing performance metrics and reporting for program work packages including outcomes delivery assessment for internal and external stakeholders .
Supporting communications, dissemination, and storytelling, including public and industry facing programs of innovation-related opportunities to drive awareness and partnerships. Location: CSIRO Lindfield Site (Hybrid working environment) Salary: AU$105,806 - $ 1 14,500 plus up to 15.4% superannuation Tenure: Specified term of 12 months Reference: 91842 To be considered you will need: Experience in program management in an R&D or Innovation centred environment.
Comprehension of innovation concepts and business models to support the translation of science and technology into value creation. Experience in navigating large complex organisations, overcoming barriers and roadblocks to buil.
