The role sits within our Sales and Marketing organization and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the team's needs. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Development Centre, this role provides the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day while directly contributing to our company's sales and retention targets and supporting our the Mercedes-Benz Car and Van sales team and retailer network. If this sounds like the role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to have you on board—we can make a difference together What you’ll do: Provide an exceptional End of Finance Customer experience; Offer our customers Finance and Insurance solutions that will enable them to trade and upgrade to a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle or refinance their existing loan; Increase conversion and leads sourced from our online engagement tools and campaigns ; Drive customer retention by using key systems to identify the optimum time for early changeover; Proactive lead management throughout the sales funnel for both new and existing customers, Ensuring new Finance and Insurance enquiries are actioned within agreed timeframes and customer applications for refinancing are nurtured from quotation to settlement; Identify Insurance cross-sale opportunities that meet customer needs; Achieve Finance, Insurance and lead generation sales targets.
