Support CSIRO’s Food Innovation Centre for Industry Join a supportive, high performing team Play a role that contributes to an industry that has a global impact As the Project Officer, Innovations Hubs, you will be responsible for coordinating services for national scale innovation focused projects and initiatives within Agriculture and Food - CSIRO .
If you are passionate about science and research, strong at relationship building and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, and have experience in project planning and management, this will be a great role for you to expand your experience Your duties will include: Supporting the definition of the project’s objectives, plan, and scope of works, providing coordination of efforts of team members (internal and external) to deliver according to plan, and overseeing quality control throughout their life cycle. Maintaining the operationalisation of the Innovation Hubs Community of Practice as well as constantly updating the internal dissemination digital channels. Liaising and coordinating meetings/workshops with project stakeholders, including managing diaries, developing agendas, and taking minutes as required.
Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Supporting the Innovation Hubs Team’s document control and internal content management. Identifying and editing good practices nationally and internationally, as part of an on-going monitoring and mapping activity and based on existing models.
Location: CSIRO Melbourne Salary: AU$ $89,680 - $101,459 plus up to 15.4% superannuation Tenure: Specified term 12 months Reference: 91890 To be considered you will need: Relevant trade certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project. Demonstrated experience in a technology project officer capacity.
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrated Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Certifications in Project Management, i.
e. PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2, and familiarity with project management software. Understanding of Innovation Management methodologies.
