About the position: As Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play an integral part of the Facilities Team by providing high-level administrative support to the division. You’ll use your stakeholder expertise to engage key internal and external stakeholders across the team, blending your customer service skillset with your prompt and professional manner.

In this position you’ll also be up updating various databases/systems to track the progress of Facilities works, generating internal department reports to reflect this. As the first point of contact for department enquiries, you’ll rely on your personable and detail orientated nature to excel as a key member of the Facilities team. Main duties include: Updating various databases and systems to reflect Facilities works, tracking their progress and generating internal department reports.

Providing timely and accurate advice to queries via email and phone. Liaise and engage key stakeholders, ensuring that beneficial relationships are maintained. Engage contractors and monitor compliance with KPIs and other MTM requirements.

Provide administration of personnel records such as training, licenses, payroll etc. Contribute to our Zero Harm culture by seeking improvement in our safety practices. About you: Previous experience working in a technical, construction or project management facilities environment.

Experienced in administration and/or customer service, preferably for a large organisation. An effective and engaging communicator, both verbally and written. Skilled in scheduling work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to.

An expert in stakeholder management, with demonstrated ability to negotiate for key outcomes. Advanced Excel knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Ready to apply?
