You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose. As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will provide reporting, planning and analytical support to the business.
You will be accountable for the delivery of a diverse telephony and operational performance reporting suite, planning and forecasting requirements, and database management. You will be passionate about supporting internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and making our customer journey a simple and positive experience as possible. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain telephony and operational performance reporting and dashboards to support business and customer outcomes.
Conduct analysis to provide meaningful data and insights to support business initiatives and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure design and construction of databases meets business needs. Work with the leadership group and external stakeholders to understand workflows, challenge assumptions, and develop optimal operating strategies.
Educate and drive adoption of workforce optimisation reporting, tools and processes throughout the organisation. Support the broader Workforce Optimisation team with data, insights and knowledge transfer to aid them in performing their role effectively.
