We offer the following benefits: 9-day fortnight/ 19-day month Up to 5 weeks’ annual leave On-going opportunities for learning and professional development relevant to the position 12% contribution to superannuation 17.5% Annual leave loading Subsidised health and well-being membership (gym/swimming pool) Our Ideal Candidate: Has proven expertise in the development, implementation, and optimisation of the following: Asset Maintenance Programs Scope & Specification Development Stakeholder Engagement Budget, Time & Quality Management Has demonstrated experience working in a cross functional asset management team environment.
Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with stakeholders and contractors. Applied knowledge of Asset Management techniques and operations including but not limited to TechnologyOne, iAuditor & MS Office Demonstrated experience (5 years) in a Senior Asset or Services Maintenance role. Your Team: The Building & Facilities team provides critical services to ensure all building infrastructure and services achieve required levels of service and support the functional requirements of asset users, to achieve strategic business objectives and sustain key services to the community.
