Building Services Asset Maintenance Programs Stakeholder Coordination and Management Budget, Time & Quality Management Operational skills and knowledge in: Access Control and CCTV HVAC & Building Management Systems Electrical systems Hydraulic systems Lifts Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with stakeholders and contractors. Applied knowledge of Asset Management techniques and operations including, but not limited to TechnologyOne, iAuditor, MS Office Demonstrated experience (5 years) in an Asset or Services Maintenance role.

The Building Services Officer is specifically responsible for the operational planning, delivery, and optimisation of planned and reactive maintenance for Council’s buildings services, along with providing technical support to all areas of Council for capital renewal and refurbishment programs.
