Folio provides a single tool kit to manage Contracts, Risk & Compliance. Folio provides the essential features needed to manage contracts and ensures Flourish Australia’s contract (including contracts, leases, funding agreements, deeds and variations) management is effective.
Folio is a repository for contract information, formal documents and approvals, and manages the approval processes for both incoming and outgoing contracts..
