The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, family members, carers, funding body staff and subsidiaries, community services and employers.

This role is focused on engaging community stakeholders to increase referrals to WDEA Works Employment programs and requires a motivated individual with experience in employment preparation and proven skills and experience in engaging business and community services that facilitates opportunities for people with various support requirements. Desired Skills and Experience Core duties will include but are not limited to: Perform onboarding and registration of new participants into employment services programs and provide employment skills training and support to participant groups via the delivery, assessment, and development of defined course work Provide individualised participant planning and support to prepare for employment via identification of support requirements, facilitating skills development opportunities in the community and liaising with community members and participant networks Engage with community stakeholders and employers while providing intensive group and individual support to build the employment skills of people with a diverse range of capabilities.
