GENERAL MANAGER - Aged Care - South West Remuneration Package up to $200K Multiple Benefits Leadership role with Supportive Management Values driven Leading Aged Care provider The Client: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to join a leading Aged Care provider who are values and purpose driven. This role requires an experienced leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day to day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility. Reporting to the Regional General Manager you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the facility.

Key responsibilities: Day to day operational management of the facility Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services Drive optimal business outcomes and a culture of safety Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation Lead, manage and motivate staff to continue to achieve high standards Ensure operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Strategically and collaboratively ensure accountability within the team to meet accreditation standards To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a General Manager working within the health and/or aged care sector Understanding of day to day operational management of a facility Experience in financial management, budgeting, human and asset management Demonstrated leadership and management and commercial acumen skills Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Demonstrated ability in strategic workforce planning Hands-on approach with a focus on leadership and customer service Ability to implement change to achieve results and lead service assessment, planning and implementation What you can expect in return: Remuneration package up to $200K depending on experience Highly attractive Performance Incentive A role with genuine work / life balance Assistance with relocation/accommodation Support from the Executive Management Team Vehicle financing via salary packaging, novated leasing and super contributions Extensive onboarding programme, ongoing education and training opportunities Discounts and benefits for memberships, insurance and retail We are conducting immediate interviews so please send your resume by clicking 'apply now' to Karen Sharp - Recruitment Manager.
