Classification: ANU Officer 3 (Hosp) - 38HR Classification : ANU Officer 3 (Hospitality) Salary package : $57,913 - 63,838 per annum, plus 17% superannuation Terms : Full time, Fixed Term (Up to 12 Months) Position Overview University House operations have temporarily relocated to Rimmer Street, due to the House being closed for repairs and renovations. We are seeking an experienced hands on Food and Beverage Supervisor to work in a busy and dynamic environment and will be based across University House interim locations on campus. This includes working in Café, Bar and Events.

As the Food and Beverage supervisor you will be reporting to the Kambri Venue Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Café & Bar and Events when on shift, including; setting up event spaces, liaising with clients and coaching and supervising food and beverage staff. You will also be required to supervise food and beverage outlets.

The ideal candidates for this role will require a high level of communication and customer service skills; it is perfect for someone who is confident and uses initiative. Time management and organisation skills as well as high attention to detail are essential as this is a fast-paced role with conflicting priorities. Previous experience with micros or other sales and catering software products would be advantageous.
