Group Treasury Transformation This is an opportunity to make an impact on a long-term, business-critical project, crucial to maintaining Macquarie’s strong, conservative balance sheet. Supported by new data architecture and technology, the program is tasked with transforming the end-to-end capital and liquidity process from the operating model and system-landscape to the relevant calculation and reporting frameworks. What impact will you have? You will be a self-starter with a partnering mindset and collaborative approach. Experience in controls design and implementation in a complex operational environment. An understanding of data quality rules and controls.

Previous exposure to continuous controls monitoring implementation and bank treasury processes is advantageous. What skills will you use? Finance-related tertiary degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in delivering process improvement initiatives.
