About the role The ITS Precinct Officer provides on-site technical support for desktops, mobile devices and other systems and devices used by the University. Responsibilities include: Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, building rapport and going above and beyond to provide support. Spend time out of the main office, visiting many work areas across our beautiful campus.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network related issues. Record keeping and documentation as required. About you You will need to demonstrate: A genuine customer service focus.

Adaptive communication skills, able to support a diverse range of clients. A reasonable understanding of modern IT desktop systems (whether through education or experience). A willingness to continuously learn as the environment changes.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
