Tennis AustraliaBlair Athol Racquet Sports Hub has a vacancy available immediately for a Head Coach. This is a new emerging community club that embraces diversity, multiculturalism and all abilities in racquet sports. The position will be responsible for growing the membership base, developing a coaching program, from juniors (ball, orange, green ball) through to advanced players.
The position is a contract position with the Head Coach receiving all income from coaching programs and competition. Positive aspects to consider for this position: • The facilities consist of 4 private courts and 2 community courts with lighting, bookable via our website online. • Facilities available for the Head Coach to design and deliver coaching programs and competition.
• All coaching and competition channelled through the Head Coach. • Equipment available for all training levels. • The club is seeking funding to develop its basic clubrooms in 2023-2024.
• Facilities are designed to share across multiple racquet sports, an interest or experience in Pickleball & Table Tennis are desired. • Expanding community with a good foundation for future growth with support from One Culture Groups marketing team. • Active directors with good relationships and full support to the Head Coach.
