The business supplies clinical communication solutions for many well-known aged care and hospital facilities, and you will be acquiring customers across NSW and ACT. You will be vital in driving the business forward by building relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with our overall business objectives. For your efforts in the role, you'll be paid a salary of $100k, plus superannuation and benefits, including: Commissions: Increase your earnings by hitting or even exceeding sales targets Car allowance: You'll have a car allowance paid to cover the cost of travelling to your clients Training: Ongoing mentorship, certifications and training programs from senior leadership Flexibility: Work-life balance, flexible work arrangements Communication: Management is approachable and collaborative to help everyone achieve their goals Progression: You're joining a fast-growing company with many progression opportunities. About the role Main tasks: Identify suitable prospects and build relationships to acquire new business customers across NSW and the ACT.

Other tasks: Support existing customers by providing them with the most suitable solution. Provide accurate quotes, costings, and proposals using the correct internal process. Identify opportunities by staying up to date with the health and aged care industry news.

Attend networking and industry events to maintain and grow your contact base. Develop sales and marketing strategies with your manager to maximise conversions. Collaborate with leadership and the wider team to improve business decisions and strategies.
