edu.au About the role The position of Hospitality & Food Trades Supervisor oversees the purchasing and supply of goods, technical support, maintenance and cleanliness of all kitchens, storage areas and equipment for the portfolio. This role also supervises the activities of the Hospitality Technicians and Hospitality Assistants and ensures equipment and resources are maintained to meet the training needs of Lecturers and students over Bentley and Mandurah campuses.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the Hospitality and Food trade area come from a hospitality background; with a focus on best value, have strong consultancy skills and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of Food ordering, contract development and evaluation.
