Casual Customer Service Officer
State Government of WA South Metropolitan TAFE12 month appointment pool We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment. Appointments will be made on a casual basis. Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise.
Candidates may also be considered for similar positions within South Metropolitan TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising. About the role The Customer Service Officer provides a high standard of customer service across digital channels and face to face across South Metropolitan TAFE’s campuses. Customer Service performs a highly technical role from enquiry to enrolment in conjunction with the Student Administration and Admissions teams.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on best practice, have strong communication and organisational skills, with skills in the use of business and financial systems.
