Human Resources Administrative Officer

State Government of WA Department of Communities

The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform. The Opportunity As a Human Resources Administrative Officer you will be responsible for: Diary management. Administrative support to the HR Directors and Assistant Directors.

Management of the shared mailboxes and tracking of correspondents including follow-ups. Coordinating report and tracking progress. Invoice and order processing.
