Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/01/2024. Position Profile: We are currently seeking toappoint a Senior Social Worker. In consultation with the Manager Population Health South develops, coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates social work services and promotes an interagency holistic approach to care of families and individuals with complex social issues in the communities serviced by the Population Health South.
