Our team and client base is growing and we require a new Account Manager to maintain, develop and service this business. The role is available for an immediate start.

Our locations are Upper Mount Gravatt and Redbank and we are happy for the successful candidate to work from either location. Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue collar recruitment environment. They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with employees and clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR and customer service skills.

Your responsibilities will include: 360 Recruitment for skilled trade positions for a major client across multiple sites in QLD Empower a safe workforce Client visits including roll call and taking candidates through inductions Developing positive and professional relationships through regular contact and visits Understanding the clients requirements and catering to their recruitment needs Contacting our casuals for work opportunities and candidate care Conducting toolbox talks, job observations and other WHS site requirements. The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment Experience in using and managing a complex CRM A proactive and energetic approach to your work Exceptional time management An understanding and appreciation of compliance Excellent customer service A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff Car and license About Labourpower Trade Labourpower Trade is a national provider of supplementary labour to the Roads, Rail and Construction Industries.
