We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing division in head office at Burnely, Richmond. This position is a full-time, ongoing role and will be provided with training, coaching and professional supervision. The successful candidate will need to be reliable, compassionate and ready to start immediately in the role.

The Services Coordinator is responsible for: Managing the daily workflow and rosters for NDIS Plans with Participants and their significant others Identifying gaps, filling cancellations within the roster Ensure a briefing is provided to the After Hours Team for relevant rostering issues or needs Oversee and develop Particpiant rosters for service coverage and work alongside the Rostering Team to develop and consolidate new rosters Manage the recruitment and onboarding of Disability Support Workers Take responsibility for the Participant's NDIS implementation of their Plans, reviews and management of any amendments to their Schedule of Supports to ensure the Plans are achieved within the allocated funding scope and the Participant's goals are achieved within the life of the Plan Have a clear understanding of the legislative, statutory and mandatory reporting requirements for direct care service provision and a thorough understanding of funding body agreements/contracts Maintain the best use of the available resources including personnel, systems, policies, procedures, assets, equipment and information and communication technology Maintain work instructions and procedures to support service standards, continuous improvement and quality assurance systems If this sounds like the right job for you - APPLY NOW For further information please call Stacey Frangopoulos on 03 9828 6565..
