Job Title BizOps Engineer II Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region.

Headquartered in Sydney, we are Australia’s leading rewards program manager, with a growing footprint across the region into key markets such as China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and Japan. Our customer base includes financial institutions and merchants. Overview • The Production Support Team is responsible to pick up and manage all types of support tickets for the Pinpoint systems, end to end.

• Team has a critical role in the provision of services to our clients and to ensure that SLAs and business requirements are met. Daily support of the Production environment to ensure systems are healthy and performing as expected. • Supporting and managing issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in the testing, support, deployment and verification of projects. • Can you easily adapt to changing priorities? • Are you able to handle pressure to resolve high severity issues? • Are you able to work autonomously? Role • Complete daily check lists for critical business operations / processes (monitor production health) to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. • Identify appropriate code fixes or SQL scripts (to be worked on by Scrum or DBAs) to resolve customer problems or identify existing scripts or patches that must be applied, including root cause analysis.

• Collaborate within the team, other technical teams (internal and external) or related business departments to ensure the best solution / approach. • Perform technical verification as part of deployments / releases / fixes applied. Includes out of hours releases.

• Work with the business and IT departments to review requirements, review testing strategies and determine if project is fit for the Production environment. • Provide accurate and complete problem resolution documentation for future reference and management reporting. All About You • Strong MS SQL knowledge • Strong UNIX knowledge • Strong problem solving skills • Communication skills • Documentation skills • Relevant IT Undergraduate Degree • Experience with Jira and Wiki Corporate Secu.
