Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Marketing Program Manager for the Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN regions.

This role is critical to supporting our International Expansion efforts and aligning and executing on the regions priorities. The Marketing Manager - Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN role works cross-functionally in region, aligning closely with the sales and channel sales organization to ensure the marketing strategy and execution plans align with the region’s priorities and key objectives. This role reports to the APAC marketing lead.

For Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN, this role will drive messaging, evangelize the benefits of the channel program, promote channel events, and ultimately lead and support country marketing efforts that drive dynamic growth of pipeline in region. What Will You Do? Develop, socialize, publish, and execute country marketing activities to support and grow the Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN Cradlepoint business Meet regularly with internal leaders and teams to understand regional priorities as it relates to products, solutions, verticals and campaigns Meet regularly with partners in region to understand their business objectives and priorities in region Design and execute joint marketing plans with those partners that support regional priorities Develop and execute demand generation programs in region When needed, leverage corporate marketing campaigns and customize for local use case Support PR efforts as needed Drive additional communications needed in region to sales and partners Support national partner events by promoting in region and driving any regional activities at those events (ie - regional dinners or activities) Schedule and run partner events with support of partner events team (ie - run enablement programs in region) Coordinate local creation and management of incentive programs for channel partners, coordinated thru HQ Support enablement of channel partners Be a POC for marketing questions and requests in region Manage reporting for in region marketing programs Assess results of programs and overall to determine changes to plans moving forward Update marketing plan and publish results regularly Minimum Qualifications: Minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience in technology marketing and/or partner marketing Familiar with a variety of Marketing concepts, practic.
