We are looking for people who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 96-bed facility in Maryborough.

Reporting to the Support Services Supervisor, the support services staff will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services at the highest quality and to tailored to the needs of each and every resident. What you will do Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinks Distribution of meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties Dining room services Providing excellent personalised service to our residents Ensure duties are performed in accordance with Infection Control and Food Safety Handling Standards Ensure a high standard and quality of cleanliness throughout the organisation. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment.

Completion of documentation What you will bring Trade certification or qualifications and experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Currently hold and maintain a Police Certificate (or willing to obtain) Must have COVID19 vaccination Must hold full rights to work within Australia An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes highly regarded but not essential.
