About the Role Research, analyse and review complex policy and service issues, identifying emerging issues, developing evidence- based options, and recommended solutions to resolve problems and mitigate risks Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects Provide expert policy advice and information to relevant stakeholders to facilitate the appropriate interpretation and implementation of policies and support Agency and/or Government policy initiatives Monitor, evaluate and report on the development and/or implementation of policies and projects to identify issues and ensure the desired outcomes Mentor and guide policy and project officers and support staff, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to successfully deliver policy priorities and initiatives and successfully deliver all key projects milestones Prepare correspondence, written reports, publications, and briefs, that are informative and aligned with agency requirements, to respond to Agency and/or Government requests About You Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of Policy advice and support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience managing a broad range of stakeholders Previous experience in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge or experience Strong attention to detail Experience writing internal and external briefs Benefits of contracting through Ashdown People 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government Get paid weekly Rated 4.
