Our client requires a technically competent operator with hands on experience in export air and sea freight. Reporting to the Export manager, this role will require you to look after end to end Export Operations. The role will require the ideal candidate to take responsibility of all export operations including FCL and LCL deliveries, booking timeslots, liaising with customers in relation to status of deliveries, monitoring Sea Cargo Automation and invoicing.

The ability to meet deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior organizational skills will see you succeed in this role. The level of Customer Service that this company executes is beyond the standard so to be successful for this role you are a person that is above the standard. This 'hands on' role will see you responsible for many for duties such as booking freight, Order Tracking and Management and pricing just to name a few.

You are able to liaise with clients and suppliers on many different levels while providing an exceptional can-do attitude at all times. You already have experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry and you have knowledge of working with many different Trade lanes. You are a team player though you work well on your own too.

You have great communication skills, knowledge of Cargowise 1 and you have the ability to be proactive at all times.
