Implementation Consultant - Healthcare
W SolutionsDo you have experience in the healthcare industry working as an Implementation Consultant or Business Consultant and looking for a new challenge? Our client is a Global Software product company and over the last 3 years have grown significantly in the Australian market. They are looking for several Implementation Consultants who can work with their key clients and help implement their products. This is a permanent opportunity, working one day a week in the ofifce, which is located near Albert Park.
They have great leadership and a team that consists of hard working individuals who are collaborative and look to get the job done. The Implementation Consultant is part of a team of professional services consultants and project managers responsible for the successful implementation of the suite of WorkForce management and Risk and Compliance applications working closely with customers. This could be good for a Business Consultant with implementation experience as well.
Key Responsibilities · Responsible for the successful implementation of the suite of products · Responsible for managing the change journey alongside the customer · Accurately take requirements relating to the setup and configuration of the required products · Configure the products in line with best practices and methodology · Deliver presentations and demonstrations as required · Ensure checkpoints are completed where necessary · Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Managing Consultant, maintain and update project reporting documentation · Plan and manage user level requirements workshops – capturing the business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the Implementation Objectives · Ensure Client Services management are informed of any new developments (technical or political) taking place with the client which may impact delivery or relationship · Identify risks, taking appropriate action and escalating as necessary · Provide input to project governance Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need: · Experience within the health sector (Public Acute or Aged Care) is required · Experience as an implementation consultant is desirable in workforce management · A technology background is desirable with experience gained in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role · Experience desirable as a rostering practitioner, gained preferably in a health (Acute or aged care) environment · Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading and meeting documentation) · Experience in delivering product training, both one-to-one and in small groups · Experience in writing user requirements and specification for development · Experience in measuring and delivering business benefits To be considered you must have valid working rights in Australia for a full time opportunity..
