Exciting opportunity for a Boilermaker / Welder (Red Seal) with MIG Welding experience to emigrate to Australia PLEASE NOTE: This is an opportunity for Qualified Welders / Boilermakers to emigrate to Australia. We are tasked by our Australian-based clients to find top talent to join their established business. Duties include but are not limited to: Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g.

cut material with powered saws to match measurements) Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead) Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Minimum Requirements: Valid Red Seal Welding / Boilermaker Certificate Minimum of 5 years experience as a Qualified Welder / Boilermaker (trade tested) Passionate about relocating to Australia Aged between 25 - 40 years English proficiency at expert level Completed Vetassess trades skills assessment (preferred but not essential) Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (MIG, TIG, Gas, Arc etc.) Experience in MIG WELDING is essential.
