An experienced commercial property manager is needed to join a busy, yet friendly team We have an exciting opportunity to join a commercial property management team focused providing exceptional customer experience to its clients.
This role provides an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of circa 170 properties. Key responsibilities will include: Ensure all leases are being appropriately managed at all times Assist with the leasing of vacant properties Oversee all maintenance in accordance with lease obligations, including procuring quotes, processing work orders and ensuring works are completed on time and on budget Manage property related procurement processes, including working with suppliers to minimise costs and build partnerships We would love to hear from candidate with the following attributes/experience: ‘Can do’ attitude and determination to get the job done 1 years' experience working in a similar role Excellent office procedures & knowledge of Microsoft Office software Experience with ReLeased would be an added bonus High attention to detail and accuracy in administration tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills This role is a 38 hour week position, with 1 in 7 Saturdays with time off in lieu the following week.
