In this role you will be assisting with the following; Installation and splicing of conveyor belts Repairs and maintenance to conveyor systems Site and workshop tasks (Rubber lining) Conveyor inspections and scoping of conveyor belts changeouts Conveyor washrooms Our Ideal Candidate Is: Able to work across various rosters 2:1, 8:6, and 7:7 rosters Has previous knowledge and experience working in mining as a Belt Splicer (Conveyor belt technician) Preferably holds certificate I, II, III in Polymer Processing Skills and knowledge to splice steel-cord and fabric conveyor belts and HI splicing Experience and knowledge in conveyor belt systems and components Motivated to meet pre-employment requirements quickly e.
g. return paperwork, complete online inductions, and successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.
