We are looking for those who can manage multiple activities and applying your experience in industrial, retail and commercial Property Management. Our roles range from assistant level through to senior experienced managers, in various locations across Melbourne.

In Commercial Property Management you will; Develop strong professional relationships with tenants and colleagues Manage lease negotiations, assignments, sub leases and renewals Conduct scheduled rent reviews and rent inspections Budget preparation and monthly reporting Maintenance of bank guarantee requirements Arrears management and the spend/re-charge of legal costs Management of Tenancy Schedules and databases We would love to have a confidential chat with you if you have the following skills and experience; Experience in commercial/ industrial property and retail, including all aspects of lease and tenant relationship management. Attention to detail and demonstrated financial skill set Highly competent with Microsoft suite and property platforms A natural communicator with the ability to build sustainable relationships with tenants and stakeholders Exceptional time management and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication (including verbal and written) and comprehension skills.
