ABOUT THE ROLE Working within shipping and logistics, the Customer Compiler will be responsible for liaising with clients to clear shipments whilst providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner and contributing to a growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data compiling for customs clearance Populate systems with appropriate information Completing administrative tasks and job registrations Liaising with clients to gather information to clear shipments Data entry Work and collaborate with our customs brokers Checking documents meet Australian Border Force (ABF), Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) requirements Ensure shipments are cleared within specified timeframes Liaise with clients via email/phone to ensure client satisfaction and expectation Processing entry payments Invoicing L-shipping MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ICS knowledge Proficient within Microsoft Office Strong understanding of customs Experience within providing exceptional customer service Experience within entry preparation and compiling The ability to work towards set KPI's and deadlines Experience utilising Cargowise PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player Exceptional time management skills Respectful and reliable BENEFITS Attractive salary Great team culture Flexible working arrangements Global multinational company Bonus structure Opportunity to grow within the role If you are seeking a challenging although rewarding opportunity that provides growth, an attractive salary and development APPLY NOW or alternatively send an updated resume to sheniahhudsonjones.com.au We are an equal opportunity employer, all applicants welcome.
