The role Based at our Shellharbour office, you will be working within a team of customer service professionals and will be responsible for allocating rosters and adhoc shifts to a dedicated workforce. You will manage customer expectations and co-ordinate staff, by phone, across the country.
What you need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast paced position within a similar customer service setting and will possess the following: A positive ‘can-do’ attitude Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner Ability to build effective working relationships Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes Experience in an allocation or scheduling role along with exposure to community-based/aged care service coordination or similar will be highly regarded.
