The store is open 7 days a week however you would be Monday to Friday only. The Store The Store was opened 2 years ago and is showing good growth and has a great team working there. The current Store Manager is relocating to Melbourne and as a result they have a vacancy.
Your Background and Experience You will have retail store and staff management experience and be a very customer focused, hands on participant on the retail floor. You may be an Assistant Store Manager, seeking the opportunity to step up to a Store Manager role. Your Personality and Style You must be a good leader with strong communication skills and be confident speaking to all types of people at all different levels from blue collar workers to white collar professionals.
You also must possess a strong work ethic and desire to achieve sales growth targets.
