This person will be responsible for ensuring that the branch operates smoothly and productively, focussing on ensuring that customers' needs and expectations are met.
Responsibilities: Making sure the branch has adequate levels of plant equipment, hire accessories and stock to meet customers' requirements Liaising with the Operations manager and other departments in relation to repairs on equipment Train and mentor new staff members Ensuring all the equipment is serviced and maintained and ready for the next hire This is a phenomenal business that really looks after its employees, great culture, and does things in the right way, not the easy way.
