Concierge Operations Supervisor

This position will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager in delivering a quality for value service to all Concierge buildings JOB SUMMARY This position will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Manager in delivering a quality for value service to all Concierge buildings including the recruiting, on-boarding, training, and site supervision of Concierge staff. Furthermore, the position will also require assisting the Operations Manager with complete roster management, conducting site & staff audits in ensuring staff adhere to policies and procedures. The Concierge Operations Supervisor will participate in the roster and will be required to work shifts when required.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager of MICS who in turn reports to the General Manager – Concierge Services. This position from time to time involves liaising with external clients, other departments and staff, therefore the Concierge Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff members. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA 1.

Knowledgeable in residential building operations and systems. 2. Proven experience in a similar customer focused role (most likely gained within the hospitality industry).

3. Professional appearance and demeanour. 4.

Committed to providing exceptional customer service and achieving results. 5. Staff Management.

6. Scheduling/rostering knowledge. 7.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to liaise and network with a wide variety of people is essential. 8.

Computer literacy in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel. 9. Demonstrated experience solving problems, complaint resolution and working well under pressure.

10. Self motivated and dynamic. 11.

Time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision. 12. Evening and weekend availability for staff requests, and to respond to emergency situations when required.

13. Current driver's license and own vehicle.
