360HRSeeking a person who enjoys working in a methodical and organised way, to maintain the QSE Management Systems for Dynelec (Electrical Manufacturer) Dynelec is a long-established and reputable Electrical & Rotating Equipment service provider and manufacturer servicing the Mining, Industrial and Utilities sectors. A part of the Jones & Rickard Group, with sister company J&R Magnetics based in Sydney, the business is recognised by some of Australia's largest companies for the ability to solve complex problems and provide industrial solutions. The Unanderra Dynelec facility specialises in the overhaul, design, manufacture, and repair of electrical control and distribution panels, with a particular expertise in IP rated / explosion proof equipment for Mining & Industrial environments.
Purpose of The Role We are seeking a person who enjoys working in a methodical and organised manner, to join the collaborative and friendly Administration team, to maintain the company’s Quality and Safety & Environment Management Systems. Key Tasks In this newly created fulltime role (part-time considered for the right person), reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, you will have a variety of tasks and responsibilities, which can be tailored to your strengths and experience, with a good balance of systems management, production support and administration. MAINTAIN, REVIEW & IMPROVE QUALITY & WHSE SYSTEMS – maintain, review and improve the internal QMS and WHSE documentation, incorporating ISO 9001 & 14001 and AS/NZS 45001standards, to ensure compliance to legislation, ISO and AS/NZ standards, contractual and client requirements.
PLAN, COORDINATE & PARTICIPATE – internal & external meetings, reviews, and training to ensure collaboration and participation from all stakeholders to achieve systems performance & compliance. Conducting Audits & Inspections – plan, schedule, coordinate and conduct audits of company procedures, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks, presenting findings to the Finance & Administration Manager and external parties as directed. ASSISTING WITH PRODUCTION SYSTEMS –assist in the operation the company’s production system by compiling information, entering data, generating and reviewing reports, undertaking reconciliations and maintaining production specific databases.
You Key to your success will be your workplace personal attributes, with a well-developed ability to develop internal and external relationships that are positive and mutually supportive in achieving outcomes and getting the work done in a professional and enjoyable manner. Demonstrated experience maintaining and improving Work Health and Safety (WHS) and / or Quality Management System (QMS) databases Familiarity with coordinating the review, internal audit and improvement of WHS and QMS Systems Familiarity with the ISO 9001 & 14001 and AS/NZS 45001standards Experience in updating company policies and procedures as a result of changes in regulatio.
