The Role: You will be managing a portfolio of claims undertaking ongoing medical reviews in accordance with the Act and WorkSafe guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of medical claims Undertake ongoing entitlement reviews in accordance with the Act and WorkSafe guidelines Support workers remain at work and/or maintain their ability to undertake the necessary activities of daily living Demonstrate a Service- orientated approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers Ensure that active and timely strategies are implemented to improve recovery and maintain return to work outcomes Provide workers compensation advice in relation to medical expenses to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and engage appropriate support services We are looking for someone with: Passion for customer service Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others Experience managing claims in workers compensation industry or other personal injury and general insurance claims environment Knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation and policies- preferrable but not a requirement Organised with excellent time management skills If this sounds like you, please send your CV at rosa.ojalamarsrecruitment.
