About the Role: We are looking for a Specialist Automation and Control Engineer who has the following credentials. The role includes, but is limited to: Responsible for the Scale and Complexity Management process, commodity database and toolsets, Platforms and Programs Leading cross functional teams with the primary goal of enhancing participation and engagement A standard bearer for deployment of Scale & Complexity best practices and guidelines.
Upkeeping knowledge of Market trends and requirements and how they impact the program Performing lean management and analytical techniques to drive and execute the task at hand to the best possible outcome Creating a simplistic practice towards the program that results in high impact on the business Able to liaise and communicate effectively with Senior Management and Directors Key knowledge in Design Development Processes, such as cost efficency tool and design to target The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Qualification preferred 3 - 5 years experience as Program Manager Expert in appropriate analytical techniques to ensure full understanding of task in hand High level knowledge in project timing and cost reduction Strong attention to detail High level IT/Systems skills (Matlab, Alteryx, Python, WERS, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Detailed understanding of the Design Development process Desired: Six Sigma Blackbelt If you believe you are the right candidate up for the challenge to carry out this role, please click apply.
