The Role: Working closely with a highly experienced retail marketing manager, you will help to maximise marketing centre performance for one of Townsville's favourite shopping centres. Work one-on-one with an incredibly experienced manager located locally, and learn from an empowering, and knowledgeable leader. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Marketing Manager across a wide variety of marketing activities as required.
Conduct Digital Marketing activities including advertising, social media, PR and the digital platform. Work closely with the head office marketing to ensure that branding and communications are consistent with national strategy. Take control of various event and activation campaigns and activities inside the shopping centre.
Build and develop strong relationships and consistent touchpoints both internally and externally to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction for all stakeholders. Successful Candidates Will Have: A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing/ Communications or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in marketing or retail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A strong willingness to learn and grow in a large and influential organisation. Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen) and located in Townsville.
