With direction from the client supervisors on site and often working with another fire suppression technician your duties will include;- Perform fault diagnosis, maintain, and install Fire Suppression systems Identify faults in the electrical and mechanical configuration of various mobile suppression systems Maintain inspection test reports and documentation Support technicians from other regions and assist in training Adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies Work effectively either in a team environment or autonomously Assist with machine audits/inspections Working on a wide range of UG hard rock mining mobile plant Your value Ideally, you will have come from a hands-on background on the tools and have experience working on mechanical and hydraulic systems. However, having no experience in this field is not a deal breaker. You will have the relevant traits;- Drivers license Mechanical or hydraulic knowledge (advantageous, not essential) Excellent attitude towards learning and forwarding your skills Looking to forward your skills and experience in the mining industry Looking for a role that's customer facing and on the road at various sites The opportunity This is a standout opportunity to further your skills in the mining industry and have the opportunity to earn an excellent take home salary.
