We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to join our Seaford Store in a Permanent Full Time position. As the Store Manager you will be: Responsible for ensuring the Seaford store operates safely and effectively at all times Delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales revenue, profit targets and increased market share. Assisting our customers face to face and over the phone keeping them informed of promotional activity and to gain an understanding of their business needs and wants.

Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentations to the required standards. In order to be considered you will have: A strong retail sales background (retail or trade environment ideally but not essential) with a proven record of success in a similar leadership role Demonstrate a high level of competence in managing retail store operations Sound working knowledge of safety management and improvement An Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines Strong skills in people management and customer engagement Experience in a results-driven business focusing on sales targets and KPIs We are looking for a great communicator and relationship builder, who will work alongside a great team providing an exceptional in-store customer experience.Knowledge of the paint industry couldn't hurt either, however, being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must.
