The Client 77 Innovation Experiences Pty Ltd is an award winning global Event Experience agency with a legacy of 20 years of creating brand experiences across the world. They now seek a well-experienced Event/ Experience Producer who can work within a dynamic and high-performing environment and travel between their Killara (NSW) and Pakenham (VIC) offices. The Role The position is a full time role with an annual salary set at $70,000 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities Organising and take control of all aspects of the planning, organisation and on the day management of specific events and conferences. Planning, organising and managing all aspects of the event from planning, promotion, logistics, on the day management, follow up and budgeting Working with the sales team, respond to all enquiries in an operational capacity, follow sales leads and convert to contracted bookings. Being the face of the brand to our clients both in Australia and across the world.
Responding to client enquiries and building creative proposals and budgets. Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services. Producing world-class events and working with Project Managers, Technical Partners, Designers, Engineering Professionals, Ticketing partners, government bodies and owners and others to ensure that goals are met.
Building project plans and seeing the dream come to life on-ground. Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders. Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization's activities. Implementing the agreed promotion, monitoring all campaign elements and instigating further promotion and PR as required to deliver on the agreed event targets Meeting with internal clients, and take written brief for individual events or conferences and provide and agree written plan and costing. Maintaining event or conference budget records and monitor expenditure, seeking cost savings where possible without compromising the quality of the customer experience Managing the process for event-related facilities bookings.
Identify space requirements and liaise with external service providers to secure appropriate space. Source and secure alternatives where necessary Closing of P&L and ensuring timely payment inflow and outflow. Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes Monitoring systems development processes to ensure successful project completion Managing the evaluation process for events, ensuring appropriate follow up is conducted, results monitored, analysed and reported back to client Requirements At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role Possess at least 3 years advanced knowledge and experience with international and national meeting, conference and event planning exposure; Qualification in events m....
